1.
Why am I seeing the "Ad Blocker Detected" message?
If you see the "Ad Blocker Detected" message, please make sure you are not using a browser with built-in ad-blocking features. Also, check if you have any ad-blocking extensions or ad blockers enabled in your browser and disable them. After disabling the ad blocker, refresh the page and try again.
2.
Why was I logged out when I signed in on another device?
For your account's safety, only one active session is allowed at a time. When you log in from a new device or a different browser, any session that was already open is automatically signed out. This makes sure that if you ever leave your account open somewhere, a new login takes over and the old one can no longer be used. If you keep getting signed out unexpectedly, make sure no one else has your password and change it from Settings just in case.
3.
Why was I logged out after my internet or IP address changed?
To protect your account from session hijacking, a session can be tied to the network it was started on. If your IP address changes in the middle of a session — for example when you switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, your mobile network rotates your IP, or you turn a VPN on or off — you will be signed out and asked to log in again. This is a security measure; simply log back in to continue. Tip: staying on the same stable connection avoids these extra logins.
4.
Does the site remember my devices?
Yes. Each device and browser you sign in from is recorded with its first and most recent IP address. This helps us detect suspicious activity and keep your account secure. You don't need to do anything — it works automatically in the background.
