How long do offerwall and survey rewards take to be credited?
Many offers and surveys are credited instantly, but some require manual review by the offer provider before they are approved. This review can take anywhere from 3 business days up to one week. You don't need to do anything while it's pending — you can follow the status of every offer and survey on your History page.

Where can I track my offerwall and survey completions?
Open your History page. Every offer and survey you complete appears there with its current status (pending, credited, or reversed), so you always know where your rewards stand.

Why was an offerwall or survey reward removed from my balance?
Offer and survey providers can reverse (charge back) a reward after it was credited if they later determine the offer was not completed correctly, was fraudulent, or broke their terms. When a provider issues a chargeback, the matching coins are deducted from your account. These reversals are decided by the third-party provider — not by us — and are normal across all offerwall platforms. To avoid them, always complete offers honestly and follow each offer's instructions exactly.
